WARRANTY POLICY

5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Keveri H1 has an Extended Warranty for its products that covers manufacturing and material defects under normal residential use conditions, as specified in the user manual, once they are registered through our form.

The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and consists of the following:

  • 5 Years for the Inner Cabin (Structural Failures)
  • 2 Years for the Outer Cabin
  • 1 Year for Accessories and Components

Exclusions to the Extended Warranty

Normal Wear and Tear: Minor cosmetic changes, heat discoloration, or surface corrosion that does not affect structural integrity.

Misuse: Damage caused by negligence, drops, improper assembly, or commercial use.

Modifications: Any alteration to the original design of the Keveri H1.

Lack of Maintenance: Damage from exposure to extreme saline environments or the use of abrasive cleaning chemicals contrary to the manual's instructions.

Our Support Commitment

No matter how long you've had your Keveri H1, even after your warranty has expired, you can always reach out to us to check the availability of original spare parts.

RETURNS POLICY

Return & Refund

We accept returns only on items purchased directly through Keveri Grills via our website: www.keverigrills.com.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. Before you accept delivery of your Keveri H1 or any other product, please inspect it. If any issue exists, you may refuse delivery. Once you have accepted delivery, you have 30 days to contact us regarding defects, damage or other issues. If you want to contact us please write to support@keverigrills.com.

Return Info

Items must be returned in a like new condition, with all the accessories and packaging. Items that are damaged, used, washed or scratched are most likely to be denied a return.

We will only offer refund for items if they are returned to Keveri Grills on a timely basis and are in the same condition in which you received them. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Info

Once your return is processed and if your return is approved, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item or ask for credit in our ecommerce.

No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 45 days of the original date of shipment.

Keverigrills.com only accepts and ships orders from customers within the 48 contiguous USA states only.

  • Please note that the standard shipping timelines apply to the 48 contiguous USA states only.

  • Free Shipping on orders that include Keveri H1.

  • At this moment we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

  • We do not ship on saturdays, sundays or US national holidays.
