Today you're going to learn how to make two pizzas that are unbelievable: a classic pepperoni with the spicy kick of hot honey, and another with bolder flavors combining mushrooms and blue cheese. Cook them in your Keveri H Mini using Fast Grill Mode to achieve an incredible golden crust in just 2 to 3 minutes. Here are the tips so yours turn out perfect!

Serves 2 to 4 people

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 traditional pizza dough balls
  • Flour
  • Semolina
  • Tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Pepperoni Hot honey
  • Shiitake mushrooms
  • Oyster mushrooms
  • Blue cheese
  • Olive oil

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

PREPARATION

Step 1

The recommended Mode for pizzas in the Keveri H Mini is Fast Grill Mode. Fire up your oven to around 680°F and place the H Mini Stone on the top rack. That extreme heat is what will get the pizza ready in just 2 to 3 minutes.

If you want more information about Fast Grill Mode, or lighting your H Mini, you can watch the H MiniClass on our website and learn all the details.

Step 2

Take your dough balls. Add a little bit of flour onto the work surface and shape them into rectangles by stretching with your hands.

Step 3

Spread the tomato sauce, cover with mozzarella cheese, and grate a bit of parmesan cheese on top. Dust a little semolina onto the peel to assemble the dough and ensure it slides smoothly when entering the oven.

Step 4

Now comes the magic of the ingredients:

  • Pepperoni pizza: Arrange the pepperoni slices and, after coming out of the Keveri H Mini, top with the hot honey.
  • Mushroom & blue cheese pizza: Place fresh mozzarella, shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, crumbles of blue cheese, grated parmesan, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Step 5

Slide the pizza onto the H Mini Stone. In just 2 to 3 minutes, you'll see the cheese start to bubble and the dough develop a perfect golden crust.

CHEF'S NOTES

In the end, pizza is all about being creative, trying out combinations, and having a good time with friends and family. I recommend making both, playing with the ingredients, and let us know how they turned out.
