This dish is a big appetizer favorite for everyone. A simple, quick recipe, with the right amount of punch that will leave a memorable impression on your guests, made in just 10 minutes.
Large shrimp, a good chili sauce, and the blazing fire of your Keveri H1 are the key elements to enjoy this interesting, filled-with-flavor appetizer. The spiciness of the chili combined with the freshness of the shrimp makes this dish a winner.
For 3 - 5 people
INGREDIENTS
500 grams large Shrimp3 cloves of Garlic
2 Aji cacho de cabra (Chili peppers)
1 cup Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
SUPPLIES
1.5 kg Natural Charcoal High-Temperature

PREPARATION
Step 1
Set Up - Classic Mode (350 - 390°F) Aiming at around 390°F.
Step 2
Sauce Preparation
Using a knife, chop the garlic and chili peppers. Then, add them to the blender along with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Once processed, pour the sauce into an iron skillet; this will be the base of our preparation.
Step 3
Fire Cooking - 5 minutes
Add the shrimp to the skillet and place it in your Keveri H1 for 5 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. When they are ready, remove them from the H1.
On a cutting board, chop the parsley and add it to your shrimp. Now, all that's left is to enjoy this appetizer; it's that easy.
Chef's Notes:
If you're not a big fan of spiciness, we recommend adding less chili and tasting the sauce.
