This recipe brings a touch of aromatic Indian cuisine to your H1, featuring tender chicken marinated in a fragrant mix of Garam Masala and other spices. The result? Tzatziki sauce: cucumber, greek yogurt, mint, salt

PREPARATION:
Step 1:
Fire up the H1 in Fast Grill Mode at 630 - 662 °F according to the manual instructions or the Masterclass video.
Step 2:
On a bowl, grate some ginger, and 2 garlic cloves, add some olive oil, garam masala, salt, and pepper.
Step 3:
Slice the chicken breast in 1-1,5 inches on a cutting board. Toss them into the bowl and let them marinate for as long as possible
Step 4:
To make the tzatziki sauce, peel a cucumber and remove the seeds. Then grate the cucumber without the seeds and the garlic clove.
Step 5:
Place into a bowl: the cucumber, greek yogurt, salt, ground pepper, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, the grated garlic, and some chopped leaves of fresh mint. Mix it all.
Step 6:
Build the skewers with time in advance.
Step 7:
Put the skewers in the bottom rack position for 3 minutes per side.
Step 8:
After the skewers are ready, divide the naan into 4 pieces and put the naan inside the H1, middle rack position for 30 seconds.
Step 9:
Serve the naan, the skewer, and tzatziki sauce separately.
